Our look is refined, modern, and polished. For headshots and real-estate photography we emphasise crisp lighting, natural retouching (i.e., you look like yourself but at your best), and editorial-level colour work to build trust, clarity and confidence.
For video and marketing assets, we aim to tell your story visually, with impact, so your message stands out in a crowded digital space.
8. Can you work with remote clients or handle only editing?
Yes. We accept upload-only workflows where you send us raw footage or photos and we perform editing, colour-grading, motion graphics, etc. Our system and schedule let us handle remote clients effectively. (Let’s discuss file transfer/specs ahead of time.)
9. What rights do I get for the photos/videos?
We grant you usage rights for the finished deliverables (e.g., your website, social-media, marketing materials), but we retain the original raw files/archives unless otherwise agreed. If you have special licensing needs (e.g., stock imagery, third-party usage, resale) we can craft an addendum.
We’ll clearly state in the contract what rights you are licensed for.
10. What happens if I need a revision or change after delivery?
We include a revision round in most standard packages (we’ll define exactly how many changes are included in your quote). After delivery, if you need additional changes beyond that scope (e.g., major re-edit, adding new imagery, additional motion graphics), we’ll quote time/materials. We strive for clear communication about what constitutes “revision vs new work.”

It’s best to book as early as possible to secure the date/time and allow for location preparation, wardrobe, staging, etc. For real-estate photography, securing a slot quickly keeps your listing visually competitive. (Note: in the wake of recent industry shifts, demand is rising.)
For editing‐only jobs, we can often move faster, but scheduling still allows us to give your project priority.
12. What happens if the location or schedule changes last minute?
We understand things happen (weather, client delays, staging changes). Let us know as soon as possible. Depending on the package and lead time, there may be rescheduling fees or shifts in delivery time, but we’ll aim to be flexible. We’ll define cancellation/reschedule policy in the contract.

Yes — we have experience handling complex shoots (teams, multiple locations, real-estate portfolios). We’ll allocate appropriate crew, equipment, scheduling, and deliver consistent quality. Because these jobs are more involved, the quote will reflect logistics, crew, travel time and editing load.

We accept secure online payments (credit/debit) through our booking system. A deposit may be required to reserve the booking date. Final deliverables are typically released once full payment is received (unless otherwise agreed). We’ll provide you with an invoice and payment link.
